Have this thought of following Victoria’s Secret Angel Diet ever lit your mind. No?? Mine has. I thought of this crazy plan to transform myself into a Victoria’s secret Diet to see whether what my hair looks like or do I get those toned thighs and boosted bosoms, as my goal was weight loss. After all who doesn’t want to get all that. So, if such a crazy idea has ever hatched in your mind, try to follow these simple life-changing tips of Victoria Secret Diet to lose weight.

Manage Stress

No, even if you are not that anxious personality, working on this would help. My nutritionist had asked me to fuel up on protein and healthy fat and leave aside the nervousness, panic attacks, and paranoia.

Slumber

One thing I was not aware of was that you lose the most weight in your sleep. Okay, it doesn’t mean you have to sleep every time to trim down. It means a good 8-hour sleep is just to get your body at rest. Sleep must be restful and restorative. For that, you must go to bed early and wake up early.

Breath Fully

If you are not breathing well, your body suffers and you don’t have sufficient energy to burn calories. So, how to breathe fully? Try breathing exercises in the morning and breath in and breath out with strength. Moreover, while at work even, try to take deep breaths whenever you remember.

Hydrate

Dehydration makes it difficult for our blood to circulate throughout the body. This is another stress that our body can’t bear and results in weight gain. Hydrate adequately to distress your body at a psychological level. Drink a lot of water in a day, no matter how insane it may seem to you. Make it at least 2 liters a day, if you could manage.

Exercise

While exercise contributes only 20% to the whole Victoria secret diet, but it is still important. Staying healthy and becoming an Angel certainly involves exercise. My nutritionist told me that most people’s problem is that they don’t exercise or they over-exercise. Overstraining leads to inflammation to an extent and it also degrades the level of losing weight to a degree.

Diet

I had a terrible diet. In my last attempt to lose weight, I used to cut down on meals completely. I skipped breakfasts, ate cheese and drank juices to cleanse. Three twzzlers along with wine (I love wine) before going to bed was my routine. So, I wonder if I did diet after following this stupid diet. You need to maintain 1500 calories per day, that is how you lose weight and not by skipping meals.

Victoria secret diet looks somewhat like this:

  • 9:00 A.M. Breakfast Shake
  • 11:00 A.M. Snack 1/2 Bar
  • 12:30 P.M. Lunch Vegetables
  • 2:00 P.M. Snack Shake
  • 5:00 P.M. Snack 1/2 Bar
  • 6:30 P.M. Dinner Vegetables

My secret diet was designed by my nutritionist to accommodate all the working out I do. Some green veggies, protein bars (non-sugary of course) and shake ingredients which included doctor prescribed medical shakes. Honestly, it isn’t that fun, drinking two liters of water a day is insane which draws me to the loo every now and then.
But, fellas don’t worry the result of this is amazing. At least, you have to try it once. Since I didn’t feel at all that I am dieting. I was eating a lot, but  I  felt lighter and more active.
