Lemonade Weight Loss Diet Plan

The “Lemonade Diet” meal plan is also called fasting diet plan, because no solid foods are consumed with it.Ingredients of lemonade mixture also present in the lemonade diet pill but not necessarily in the same amount are:




  • 2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grade-B organic maple syrup
  • 1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 10 ounces filtered water





Lemonade Diet plan consists of proper time schedules mentioned below:




  • Morning:  Drink a serving of the “Lemonade” mixture with 2 tsp of salt in it
  • Throughout the day drink four or more servings of the “lemonade” mixture.
  • Before going to the bed, consume one more serving. Herbal or laxative tea can also be included.




Keep this up for four to fourteen days, and you will notice results such as weight loss. After one is done with fasting diet, it’s time to move on slowly to solid foods. Try healthy choices like soups, salads, fruits, and vegetables, and then work your way back into eating meats and other “tough” foods.
